Green Swan is a Canadian exploration company with acquisitions in the renowned Ring of Fire, Ontario, and British Columbia’s foremost gold and silver district. Green Swan is engaged in the exploration and, if warranted, development and mining of its properties as well as the acquisition, exploration and potential development of other mineral resource claims and mineral resource properties.
Green Swan needed a public facing website which is easy to administer, contains up to date stock information, looks professional and provides prospective investors with a detailed interactive map rendering the locations of current mining properties.
At the time of launch there were several industry events taking place which the site had to be ready for leaving only a two week window for design, development testing and deployment. Green Swan turned to MERGE to help with the launch of their website.
MERGE quickly implemented a light-weight version of their CMS platform, allowing green swan to go live within the desired timeframe. The solution also provides a flexible frame work to allow Green Swan to scale the site as needed in the future.
It allowed Green Swan to be live within a week. Site Administrators can now add content and press releases with ease. MERGE also set up Green Swan's email on Google Apps for quick online email access.
MERGE and Green Swan will continue to refine and enhance in a phase 2 initiative.
